Bicycle helmet is mandatory accessories which must be owned by sports fans. Especially for you who are cycling around the track off-road or cross-country with a pretty dangerous terrain. Not just for style so that it looks cool, the use of helmets also serves to protect the head from injury in the event of an accident. There are many different types of helmets you can choose from a wide variety of brands anyway. Perhaps two options that we provide from Giro Ionos helmet Giro and Aeon is that you’ve always wanted all along and it would be nice if you know the specifications and performance of this helmet, the next choice will be up to you.
The Giro Ionos helmet is one of the best MTB/road helmets, but it has only one downside, about the features, you will find a helmet with secure, lightweight, adjustable, comfortable and extremely good locking. What is noticeable from the Ionos actually features the Roc Loc 5 fitting system that has an extremely convenient dial adjustment at the back and it can tweak where the harness sits on the back of our head. The full-depth temple and scalp coverage can make for a protected and universally comfortable fit. It can be said that moulding the body around a composite framework can use extended forehead-to-crown and temple vents without any safety or structural compromises. Massive exhaust vents under the rear spoiler create a Dyson-like through-draft for a dramatic cooling effect for the users. And the chin straps and internal padding are placing in the right area, while the latter is woven with silver to kill bacteria. (See comparison between Giro Ionos Vs Atmos)
Giro Aeon is a ventilated and lightweight bike race helmet with some features like a thermoformed skeleton inside the EPS foam to keep the structure rigid and the shell is bonded in the mould for extra resilience. The large events from this helmet combine with minimal yet adequate padding. The only area where it suffered is in durability. It is less resistant to dents and dings because of ht polycarbonate shell leaves much of the delicate polystyrene exposed. The Aeon has ample vents and comfortable yet minimal padding, which also makes it one of the most ventilated helmets. It is CPSC certified that can protect your head from cycling crashes, but still needs to be treated with care when off your head. We will recommend the Aeon for road racers as well as performance-minded recreational roadies who value lightweight, comfort, and ventilation in a bike race helmet.

If you choose the Aeon, it is a very well ventilated helmet, on a par with the Prevail, or better if you duck your head for a little extra airflow because the vents on top are larger. But, if you choose The Ionos, it seems more bulky and seemed to have a lot more wind noise. The Aeon might be not the best one, but it is better actually.
